The “Piautre” is a steering apparatus characteristic of the boats of the sailing the Loire river in France J. Distillery created in 2013 now using Charentais stills and ageing their distillate in “Coteaux du Layon” barrels. It is producing oily and opulent whisky amplified by the Ratafia Champenois touch… « The Dumangin Champagne Twist ».
