BATCH 032 SINGLE MALT SCOTCH WHISKY – LINKWOOD – 14 years old

It starts with a lot of Ratafia Champenois influences: Spicy raisins and currants. Very aromatic, with oily and spicy notes. A nice combination of herbal teas, pink pepper, tart apple and floral touches. Very pleasant and rather natural. There’s a slightly sweetness to it, but also a nice acidity, entirely polished by age & Ratafia Champenois touch… “The Dumangin Champagne Twist”….
