Thanks to numerous sales trip to the US, Gilles also discovers another passion for Bourbons. Main compenent in Bourbon is corn (mini 51% for bourbon), Gilles prefers Bourbons with an higher Rye content. He has acquired several barrels with different content of rye to make his own blend, another Champagne Twist J. Bourbon has to be aged in new barrels for the 3st 3 years of its life in the US
