Balcones is a Single Malt pionner in the US. They also produced a very unique and delicate whisky based on a mash of a local strain of corn “Blue Corn”, which brings a full bodied whisky. Length / Superb mid palate and extraordinary long finish rounded by the secondary finish in Ratafia Champenois barrels.

CHARACTERISTICS: full mouthfeel with sweet tea, burnt marshmallow, cinnamon candies and marmalade with a very long finish with oak and pepper notes, followed by cardamom and roasted sweet corn
